MODO Yoga in Stoney Creek (and Dundas) offers Hot Yoga, Barre, and Yoga without heat. It is owned and run by two strong and dedicated local woman who value mental and physical strength, physical and career flexibility, and commitment to a healthy and happy lifestyle. 7. Hamilton Tiger Cats and Forge FC

The Hamilton Ti Cats and Forge FC supported our summer fundraiser by offering gold tickets to the lucky winner. The football and soccer clubs wanted to support our hockey players to encourage their love for organized sport, teamsmanship, and pushing one's physical and mental self to higher and higher levels. You don't get to the Pros without children's-level sports run by volunteers and invested families; they wanted to show their appreciation. Wishing the Ti Cats and the Forge a strong season!
