Sabres alumnae representing in the inaugural PWHL season!

6 Sabres Alumni are named to PWHL Rosters for the inaugural season:

 

Montreal: Kristin O'Neill, Elaine Chuli

 

New York: Kayla Vespa

 

Ottawa: Brianne Jenner

 

Toronto: Sarah Nurse, Alexa Vasko

The Sabres organisation is excited to see our alumnae excel in professional hockey and would like to encourage our membership to support the PWHL from DAY ONE at their first game on January 1st, 2024 when Toronto and New York will face off at the Mattamy Athletic Centre.

Season tickets (full/half season) for Toronto have already sold out. Single game tickets will go on sale TODAY!

7. Hamilton Tiger Cats and Forge FC
The Hamilton Ti Cats and Forge FC supported our summer fundraiser by offering gold tickets to the lucky winner. The football and soccer clubs wanted to support our hockey players to encourage their love for organized sport, teamsmanship, and pushing one's physical and mental self to higher and higher levels. You don't get to the Pros without children's-level sports run by volunteers and invested families; they wanted to show their appreciation. Wishing the Ti Cats and the Forge a strong season! Hamilton's own Tree Top Trekking supported us with an experience gift card during our first fundraiser. Many of our brave and adventurous hockey players have enjoyed time up in the treetops when taking a break from life on the ice.
