21-22 U11 A #3404 - Shoot House Training

Location: The Shoot House, 565 Seaman St
Defense will be doing shooting training 6pm - 7pm and dryland training 7pm - 8pm
Forwards will be doing dryland 6pm - 7pm and shooting 7pm - 8pm
Wear workout clothes suitable for both (remember, it gets hot in there!!), for shooting we need helmets, gloves, skates. For dryland just a pair of sneakers.
Don't forget full water bottles!
