Hamilton's own Tree Top Trekking supported us with an experience gift card during our first fundraiser. Many of our brave and adventurous hockey players have enjoyed time up in the treetops when taking a break from life on the ice. 9. MODO Yoga and Barre - Stoney Creek

MODO Yoga in Stoney Creek (and Dundas) offers Hot Yoga, Barre, and Yoga without heat. It is owned and run by two strong and dedicated local woman who value mental and physical strength, physical and career flexibility, and commitment to a healthy and happy lifestyle.
