Fitness testing

Here is more info in regards to our fit test may 28th 10am. Please note the make up day for this is may 31st 7pm with the bantam aa team.
Please note as this is a university there is a mask mandate while moving through their buildings. Also a vaccine mandate.
Each player will need to fill out waiver forms. If they could print them out and bring them to the session that would be great.
We will be meeting in our Brock Sports Performance Centre. It is located in Walker Complex. Parking in Zone 1 is free or there is pay parking outside of Walker near the turf field. If you enter Walker through the main doors (you'll see a Tim's on your right, you walk up the ramp, and keep to your left, past the seating area, up another ramp. You'll then see the welcome desk on the right and a set of stairs on the left. You go down the stairs, turn left and you'll see our Equipment station. They can point you in the right direction to the performance centre. I can also have a staff member greet you if many are arriving at the same time to lead you down to the BSPC.
Please instruct players to bring indoor shoes, a water bottle, and a snack for after. They should arrive fueled and ready to work hard and have some fun! The full testing battery is:

30m Sprint
5m Change of Direction
Chin Ups
Beep Test
We will run approximately 2 hours.
